Neil Barrett 2012 Spring/Summer Collection

For Spring/Summer 2012, designer Neil Barrett presented a collection that mixed the hardness of rock ‘n’ roll with the same sharp tailoring he’s become known for over the years. With a relatively safe color palette that consisted mostly of black, grey, green and camel, many of the pieces within the collection were also transitional. Somehow, trench coats were transformed into leather jacket hybrids as Barrett fused the fabrics together. He also played around with the elements of traditional suiting by incorporating herringbone and houndstooth prints onto blazers, trousers and bomber jackets.
